Well, this past week it has been officially a year since I have been divorced. And even though divorce is hard and not what I had in mind, by any stretch of the imagination, I am realizing just how great this year has been for me.
I have learned so much about myself. God is showing me things and teaching me things I never thought possible. I have been so blessed to be a part of new ministries and have had the opportunity to get closer to my sister again. The five years I was married we kinda went our separate ways for a while but now things are great between us!
I am looking forward to seeing what God is going to do in the future and what journeys He is going to take me on next. All I know is that I would not change what has happened to me. Because in this time of total despair I have grown so close to Jesus. Clinging to him for all support. And it has made this whole ordeal worth it for sure!
