1 Peter 4:10 - Each one should use whatever gifts he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's Grace in its various forms.
This verse struck me like a ton of bricks today while I was reading. So many times we use our gifts to glorify ourselves. So often I use the gifts I am given for others but ultimately end up doing it to make myself feel better. Why?
I want to use my gifts, talents and passions totally for Jesus. Sold out for him and what he wants. I want to help others and do things for the right motives, because it will bless others and for no other reason. This is a lesson I feel I keep having to be reminded of over and over again.

I don't know if I know of anyone else who tries to find ways to be used as much as you do. You are very compassionate and obedient.
I believe that everyone wants to do more to help others than they are actually doing. I think that people often don't do more because they are so busy in their everyday lives that doing good gets put on the backburner. It's not that they don't want to do good, they just forget with their busy lives.
People also don't realise how easy it is to help someone else out and make the world better a lot of the time. Or that it doesn't have to take a lot of time or effort to do good. Sometimes all it takes is a smile, encouragement or a hug.
