Today I got a quote in an email that pertains to the week here in Detroit! The quote is "Whenever God closes one door He always opens another, even though sometimes it's hell in the hallway!" That is such a true statement huh? Sometimes waiting for the next opportunity can be hard. Yesterday 7 of my co-workers got laid off. It was a rough day. I am thankful I still have a job in this Detroit economy.
Why do things like this happen? Why do bad things happen to good people in general? That is my question of the week....Hell in the Hallway here for sure!

Ah, good quote. So many people are facing such difficulties right now. Good reminder to be thankful.
