So I have many, many talents but BAKING is not one of them. Sadly, I have inherited this trait from my mom! However, despite our baking disabilities we decided to try our hand at some easy Christmas Cookie recipes. Let me just say...Not Good...Not good at all.
It was a blast hanging out with my mom today and just laughing with her and talking. Even my dad, who will eat and enjoy any sweet treat, had to agree with us and our lack of mad cookie making skills.
Today's Blessing Report: Spending time with my mom, attempting to make cookies, but making new memories! And in like an hour one of my best friends, Katie, will be touching down in the D for a little visit!

I am a horrible baker. I can cook, but I can not bake for anything. I also got this from my mother.
Baking is about the exact measurements. Cooking is about not measuring at all. I'm not great at either.
