In church this past weekend the pastor talked about being passionate for Jesus. That is something I sometimes feel like I could do so much better at. What drives my passions? What do I live for each day? Why am I more passionate for the things of this world than for God and my relationship with Him?
The pastor made a point that he sees more passion in people at a sporting event or concert than on a Sunday morning church service. Why is that? God has given me more than I could imagine or ask for yet I put my trust and passion in things that are meaningless. I was convicted by the talk. I want to live a sold-out, passionate life for Christ and him alone.
Does this mean we can't enjoy life...Not at all, it just means we have to keep our priorities straight. Be healthy about our passions. Make sure we are using our gifts and talents and blessings for His Glory!
Those are my two cents...

You are one of the more passionate people that I have met. You are doing a really good, just thought you should know that. The world needs more of you.
