Everyone is afraid of something. We hope no one sees what our fears are or ask questions about our neurotic behavior when things fear us. Like for me...I hate bugs and birds. Both scare me like you wouldn't believe. Those are silly fears to have really. I categorize my fears. I, of course, like many of us, have fears that I don't like to talk about because they are hard to think about.
Many times they consume me though. I get scared about my health and my ability to see. What would happen if I went blind? How would I function or live? Today in church I was talking to a friend of mine with a similar fear. It puts our own fears in check or brings them to the surface. But it is comforting to know that you are not alone. That together we can conquer our fears. We have to rely on others for support and help to get us through the hard times!
I realized living in fear of something that may never happen is not a good way to live your life. I am going to start living each day as it comes and Praise God for the gift of sight and other things He has given me. And if tomorrow is different than I will praise Him for the struggles because I will not let fear grip my life!

Oh I HATE birds! I had one of those ones at Bush Gardens scratch my arm all up when I was little.
Good advice. We have no idea what the future holds live each day and thank God for. It is so easy to get caught up in the what if's.
